20-20-20 Eye Care
To help care for your eyes, follow the 20-20-20 Rule!
After every 20 minutes spent on your screen, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. If your eyes are feeling dry, this is a great way to combat computer eye strain and keep your eyes healthy.
