How to Stay Hydrated
Stay hydrated this summer while being the main character of your story: transport yourself to a beach with a sip of coconut water, add fruits and vegetables to your summer picnic for a refreshing and hydrating treat, and spice up you water with cooling slices of lemon, lime, or your favorite fruit!
